Was using another vpn that kept dropping the connection several times a week. When I finally got tired of that, I switched to PIA and have been very happy with it. the connection drops maybe once or twice a month but then quickly reconnects itself.
The PIA interface is extremely minimalist but not at all confusing. I had it up and running very quickly. The price is reasonable, their no-logging policy has been publicly shown to be true. Being able to put PIA on five devices is helpful in this day and age. Finally, the one time I had to contact their customer service, about some technical hassles involved with putting PIA on an old Linux laptop, their service rep answered promptly by email and pointed me right to the problem.
